Changed your mind, or received something that is not right? Start here. To keep every return handled correctly, please contact us first, before sending anything back.

How to start a return

  1. Write to us at sale.kayalivanilla28@gmail.com with your order number, the item you would like to return, and the reason for the return.
  2. We will reply with the return steps that apply to your order, including where to send the item.
  3. Once your return is confirmed, send the item as instructed and keep your shipping receipt until the return is resolved.

What happens next

After we receive the returned item, we check it against your order and confirm the outcome by email. If you have any questions while the return is in progress, write to us at sale.kayalivanilla28@gmail.com and include your order number so we can find your case quickly.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible at sale.kayalivanilla28@gmail.com and tell us what happened. We will confirm the next steps for your order by email.

Please do not send items back unannounced

Packages sent without a confirmed return request may be delayed or returned to sender, because we cannot match them to an order. Always contact us first and wait for the confirmed return steps before shipping anything back.
